No. We numb the area fully before we start, so most people feel a little pressure and nothing more. The tooth may feel a little tender afterward, which usually settles with over-the-counter pain relief. If you're nervous, just tell us and we'll go at your pace.
Usually two. At the first visit we shape the tooth, take a quick digital scan with our iTero scanner (no goopy impression trays), and fit you with a temporary crown. When your handcrafted crown is back from the lab, we check the fit and bond it in place.
